Know the facts about Ink Refill Kits

Ink Formulas are VERY DIFFERENT. Not only from make to make, but from cartridge to cartridge! We purchase our ink straight from the chemist and make the kits in our Orlando, FL store. Our chemist keeps updated on new ink formulas and changes that are made in the ink. This enables us to carry HIGH QUALITY INK, that will match the original ink printout, when refilled properly. EACH INK IS FORMULATED FOR THE INDIVIDUAL CARTRIDGE.
(There are a few cartridges that share the same formula.)

Our number of refills are based on filling the cartridge, not a 1/2 fill like a lot of companies.
Compare size of bottle and number of refills.
(You can't get 8 refills out of a 4 oz bottle, when we only get 3 with a 5oz bottle, unless you aren't filling the cartridge!)

Your kit will have separate needles & syringes, all the Tools Needed for refilling, step by step instructions and gloves.
(Not one syringe like a lot of other companies give you)

Our kits are package in a sturdy white box to keep damaging light off the ink.(Inks will go bad, they should be used within two years. If you ever purchase ink that has been shaken, it may be poor quality. Ink like Pitney Bowes, Flouresant Stamp Ink and Epson Archival Inks have statements in them, other formulas do not.)

We are very knowledgeable about ink formulas and the correct way to refill the cartridges. We make our own kits and write our own directions for refilling, we don't just sell ink! If you purchase a kit from us and have a question, concern or problem, pick up the phone and call us on our 800# for assistance.
(Note: Please don't call us if you purchased ink from another vendor though. You need to call them. This is not fair to us and the refill kit you purchased will probably not have the same tools. If you purchase elsewhere, have a problem and want to purchased from us, Please give us a call!)
