INK REFILL KITS: We are proud of our products and feel they are the best quality available on the market today. The ink refill kit you purchase is fully guaranteed to give you the same high quality color and print as the OEM, when refilled properly. Only refill cartridges that are still in good working order, and have all colors at time of refill. You can not bring a dead, dried cartridge back to life. If you don't feel the quality of print and color you obtain is as good as the original, we will gladly give store credit for the purchase price paid for the kit, not S/H charges. The Kit must be in the original white box, and returned with copy of the original paid receipt within 90-day period of purchase for store credit. (Do Not Tape the kit box or mark on it and make sure bottles are securely closed)

INK CARTRIDGES: 30-day exchange on defective cartridges purchased new. If you purchase a cartridge that appears to be defective call us first, then place it in plastic zip loc baggie and return it with the original packaging with your receipt. Cartridges will be checked for ink usage and exchange or store credit given if cartridge is deemed defective, NOT EMPTY. 30-day exchange or store credit given on returned New / Unopened cartridges. ALL CARTRIDGES must be in original packaging and accompanied with the original sales receipt.

LASER CARTRIDGES: Laser Cartridges go through a complete cleaning cycle, replacing worn parts, then manyl tests are run before cartridges are packaged and sold. In the rare event that a cartridge does prove to be defective we will gladly replace it with another cartridge within a 60-day period. Cartridge will be tested and amount of toner used assessed before exchange is made. Original boxing and packaging materials along with the original paid sales receipt must accompany cartridge for exchange and tracker # on cartridge must match tracker # on returned invoice. Please DO NOT mark on the cartridge boxes and if shipped back it must be placed in original box then placed in another box for shipping.
