Know the facts about Ink Refill Kits

1. INK FORMULAS
There are many different formulas of ink, not only between different makes (HP, Epson, etc.) but also
from cartridge to cartridge. We will always use a high quality ink which we get from a chemist that keeps updated on the changes in the ink formulas and on the new inks coming out.  This enables us to carry
only the HIGHEST QUALITY OF INK, which ensures you that the ink you receive will match the original
ink in your cartridge; and when refilled properly will have a printout equal to or better than the original.

2. NUMBER OF REFILLS

The number of refills for our kits is based on filling the cartridge completely, not a 1/2 fill like many other companies.  When we figure up the number of refills one of our kits will give you we base it on how many cc’s of ink an empty cartridge will hold and how many cc’s of ink there is in the bottle you will receive.

3. KIT CONTENT

All of our refill kits come with one syringe & one needle (or tip) for each color.  The kits also include any extra tools you may need to refill your cartridge, gloves, and very detailed instructions and refilling tips
from the refilling specialist here at Affordable Printer Accessories.

4. LIGHT DAMAGE

Our kits are package in a sturdy white box to keep damaging light away from the ink. (The ink can go
bad; they should be used within two years. Don’t ever purchase a refill kit where the ink has to be shaken, it’s a poor quality kit and the ink is more like colored water. There are only a few inks that need to be shaken, use as Pitney Bowes, which is a flouresant stamp ink for mailing machines and some Epson archival inks, no other formulas need to be shaken.)

5. SERVICE

We are very knowledgeable about ink formulas and the correct way to refill most of the cartridges currently on the market. At Affordable Printer Accessories we not only make the refill kits but, we also write all of our refilling instructions, refill cartridges for walk in customers and keep on top of the new cartridges that are on the market.  We are always more than happy to help you with refilling your cartridges, our refilling experts have the knowledge to help you trouble shoot with any problems you may run into while refilling.  (If you purchased a Universal kit or one from another company, please keep in mind that we may not be able to help you with using the kit you purchased.)

Some have stayed around longer than others; some have changed names several times, and changed the ink kits that they sell. Buy from someone with a good reputation that has been in business many years and knows what they are doing.
