The print head on your cartridge can become clogged with use or if not used on a regular basis. To help prevent the print head from clogging we recommend our Print Head Cleaner solution that is specially formulated by our chemist. NEVER use alcohol, it will dry out the print head and cause the plastic coating to wear down and crack over time, with an end result of a bad cartridge. Using the cleaning solution each time you refill will help to keep the print head unclogged for better print results. The cleaner is made to keep your print head and circuit board clean, moisturized, unclogged, and free of gunk that can build up with use or uder usage of the cartridge.
